try this

monday: chest primary, biceps secondary
tuesday : legs and abs
wednesday shoulders and traps
thursday : off
friday : back primary chest secondary
saturday: arms


This is what my split looks like. i have a little chest so i try to hit chest twice a week. i also throw in side delts here and there.

you can alter it to get whatever results you would like.

personally..

mon - chest / tris
tues - back / bis
wed - delts/traps
thurs - cardio/core
friday - legs
saturday - if starting to OT, cardio/core.. otherwise go back to chest/tris and repeat

I do.....
Tris/bi's
Back
Shoulders
Chest
Legs
If I do one body part each work out , the blood stays in the focused area. Except when I do arms the blood doesn't have to flow far from the worked area. If I do back and bi's the blood flow has to leave the back and travel to bi's. Keeping the blood in one area works great for me. Besides , when I do 2 body parts in a work out , one of the body parts suffers an intense work out because of fatigue from doing the other body part.

My old split used to look pretty similar to that. I enjoyed that work out quite a bit, mostly because of the results and I found it easier to focus on just one or two body parts a day
