Do you think that milk thistle is really help the liver to contend with steroids?

i wouldnt use it. the research is hit or miss as to whether it actually helps the liver at all, there is research showing it hinders protein synthesis and in my own experience it seems to really hinder the effectiveness of orals for some reason.

whenever my liver enzyme count ALT or AST counts are high I take milk thistle and it always comes back to normal. i take it on and off cycle , ive seen the results on my bloodwork so im pleased with it.

I've used it myself before on and off cycle. I haven't heard of too many studies showing that consuming milk thistle during a cycle will reduce the effectiveness of any oral compound...I haven't noticed that personally. If you don't like milk thistle you could try Liv52. Just do a google search and you'll come up with tons of products.

I do like milk thistle, would put it into my cycles. Do a search and you will find what works best for you.
