easiest way to self inject in the glute

whats the easiest way for one to inject thier self in the glute,im having a really hard time twisting to do it. Does anyone do it sitting,maybe its easier that way but then the shot would be more on the side?????How do you do it???

for me it was easier laying down, it's awkward reaching back but you get used to it after a while. laying down made it easier to hold still and relax the glute.

got to do it while standing bro, relax the glute your going to inject into, put your thumb on your hip bone, rotate back and where the first knuckle on your pointer finger hits, thats the spot.

i lean against the wall. The glute that i'm going to pin will be facing out. i rest my weight on 1 leg, the one that is closest to the wall. the other leg is relax and twist a bit to inject.

for me i get completely naked and stand on only on 1 leg while holding a glass of hot water in my opposite hand

i inject using my free hand while using a mirror for guidance

i read to do this in a bodybuilding book

Seriously I dont understand why so many people say glutes are the easiest place, its just so uncomfortable..

I prefer quads by far..you just sit down relax and pin

yea, no shit.... I say the hell with a glute shot.. You can have a seat and use both hands very comfortably on the Quad..

Just sit in a chair so your quad is like flattened out and go into the side of it. Right about midway between knee and glute. I'm tellin ya there is nothing like a delt shot though.

i tried standing and lying and just couldnt get comfortable enough to keep the pin steading,had to get the wife to do it.I think i'll get shorter pins and try the quad

I got it made!!! My wife (who is an RN) rolls me over in the morning when I get up and stick's it in all the injections spots. She does it all day long so its like second nature for her, its great, she likes to use the 2" pin no way in hell I'm gonna stick that thing in me . I only inject the HCG cause its a slin pin.

Hey,

I hit this site. looked at the Bi inject pic.
Dam that looks like a long pin. What size
"gauge, length" would you guy's recommend
for shooting Bi's?

I would say a 1" 25-31 gauge. I personally stick with 25 gauge... doesn't take as long to inject. But after a while they say you tend to build more scar tissue which can lead to more problems.

Just a guess but I'd say the formula that most inject will create more scar tissue than the needle. I used to use 23 gauge when I first started...I saw one guy with my own eyes using a 20 gauge needle...no joke. I told him he was insane. He said that's all he had. I told him he was stupid since a 100 pins w/syringes costs like 12 bucks.

Now I use 25 for almost everything. I don't want the injection to take all day. LOL
