Id like to share some blood test results from a Sustain Alpha PCT.

The 40 yr old male had chronically low testosterone. He had his hormone values checked on 12/9/07 prior to running an 8 week 1-T THP ether / Superdrol cycle. His levels where at 289ng/dl.

For PCT I instructed him to use Sustain Alpha with Toco-8. He didn’t expect to get his T levels past 300ng/dl since he had had low T level for so long. After the cycle, he ran the PCT for 30 days, then got his hormones values tested 30 days after PCT.

After PCT, his results came back with the highest levels of Testosterone he had in years --782 ng/dl. You will also notice a reduction in LH/FSH. This shows that his testes where sensitized to the effects of the LH/FSH and where able to make more testosterone with less stimulation. Hard to say exactly.

The tester had elevated T levels weeks after he had discontinued the products, so it would appear that the benefits are pretty long lasting.

Yes, that is the idea.

However, we still advise you use hCG during the cycle if your cycle is going to be longer than 6 weeks. If you don’t use it during the cycle you will need to shoot it after the cycle.

How does this product replace Nolvadex? Is sustain alpha also an anti-e, not just a test booster? Nolvadex adresses estrogen problems, from what i've read so far it seems Sustain alpha does not. It simply aids in the producion of natural test.

Sustain Alpha can replace Nolvadex for PCT, or it can be stacked with Nolva for a synergistic effect.

Sustain Alpha is a very mild anti-estrogen, so it shouldn’t be used to treat gyno if this is your main goal. [nolvadex would be better for this]

Keep in mind, both Nolva and Sustain Alpha can actually raise estrogen during PCT as they stimulate testosterone production. This is because they work by blocking estrogen at the receptor, instead of actually stopping estrogen creation like arimidex or formestane. [anti-aromatase] This isn’t really a problem though because you actually want a little bit of estrogen in your system.

The reason someone would choose Sustain over something like Nolvadex or clomid is to avoid the side effects of these drugs. [liver stress, reduced sex drive, vision problems, ect]

are you saying that SA raises testosterone by blocking estrogen from binding at the estrogen receptor in breast tissue?

resveratrol has been only shown to only block estrogen albeit poorly in breast tissue and shown the lack of ability to bind at the hypothalamus and pituitary which is where is needed.

so if resveratrol is indeed stimulating testosterone production it must doing it in a different way.

so if resveratrol is indeed stimulating testosterone production it must doing it in a different way.

Right, resveratrol has a weaker affinity than nolvadex to the estrogen receptor, which is why we don’t recommend it for gyno prevention.

Res may have some local testicular action, but most of its action is probably happening at the hypothalamus and pituitary, thus explaining the rise in LH & FSh that we see. Plus Sustain also has the 7,8 Benzoflavone which is believed to boost testosterone through GABAergic modulation of the GnRH neurons. [offsetting hypothalamic suppression on LH & FSH]
