Proper way to use Insulin(humulin-r)

i've tried an 8 week insulin cycle a year ago. I basically took it after my workouts(10iu's) and then within 15min. drank a dextrose drink or a can of pepsi(yeah i know it's not the ideal drink). I took it only once a day after my workouts. In total, I only took 4 shots a week(which were the days I trained).

Any comment in regards to the way I should take slin(humulin R) the next time?

Should I take a dextrose drink(kool-aid with at least 60g of dextrose) post workouts? Then should I take a high protein meal after an hour? Does that sound good or is there something more optimal?

Your diet MUST be on point the days you are taking the slin expecially directly following it. Your meal following your shot needs to cosist of high protein, good complex carbs, and little to no fat. Insulin is like a shuttle for the food to your muscles. If you eat high fats then it will make you fat. If you use it make sure you follow the diet. There is no reason to take slin unless you are going to use it to shuttle your food. Take it following your workout, within 30 mins drink a high protein shake, and maybe a carb drink. Within 1-1.5hr you need to eat a complete meal including protein and complex carbs. If you start feeling light headed then consume a simple carb to stop the affects of the sugar drop. I really dont suggest the slin unless you are taking high AS and are competing the results that can be achieved are not worth the risk for the everyday person looking to gain a bit of muscle. I am new hear But have a question ,So hopefully someone can help me .Is it common for seman to have a bad taste from the use of steriods.....My man deniehes using them but there are many changes in him..Please tell me what you know....Thanks

Question for you man, is there a particualr reason you want to take slin instead of using some Gear?

I am going to apply for some government/law enforcement positions.
slin in undetectable. gear especially deca defninitely is.

u can go on a cycle with with prop or something after they test you...other than that why not just buy regular dextrose and mix it with ur p/w shake, hell of a lot cheaper.
