Same here. Like i said previously, I hate the idea of these small no-name companies making clones. I doubt any of them know what the hell they are really doing in a lab. I'd rather spend $40 on epistane, gain and keep 8-10lbs with low toxicity and get strong.

Good thread.. I've heard talk over the past year about it being the "real deal" but you never know with OTC's.. 9 out of 10 are usually hype.. but Epistane looks to be the 1 thats legit. I just have a hard time believing its the same or better then var. "REAL" correctly dosed Oxandrolone (var) is the shit!!! I think its hands down one the best compounds available.

Yea...it IS an OTC supplement, but the compound itself, 2a-3a-epithio-17a-methyl-5a-androstan-17b-ol is a steroid. Like i said I ran some very good var at 60mg/day and it had basically the same effects on me as did the epistane, except i kept the gains with epistane and with var a lost a little.

ESTRAY, did your wife have any sides including viritazation. A friend of mine and I are both looking for something for our wives to take and are both leaning towards anavar. Did it affect her bf at all?

Anavar usually causes girls to bloat and they hate that, like getfitdoc said. Estray will tell you of any viritazation, but I imagine if it did cause it, he would have noted that earlier.

No virilization at all, not even on 20mg. On 20mg anavar she starts to get clitoral enlargement after about 30 days, granted thats alot of var for a woman though. So mg for mg, id say its every bit as safe as anavar.
No real change in bodyfat but she wasnt trying to lose any, she was on a bulker of sorts and trying to throw on a few lbs of lean muscle. It did work well for that. My wife tends to get impatient on var cause shes one of the ones that reatins water on it. With the epi there was no water retention either.

yeah, if i recall correctly my friend who i was referring to earlier was complaining of lethargy and just feeling poopy in general when he was using it.

Me and a couple guys at the gym used epistane . 6 of us actually . The gains were more like 5 to 10 pounds but it was solid lean gains . i kept all gains when i got off of it after pct i still gains 7 clean pounds. i loved it . strenth gains were pretty good to

It could be used with test, obviously, just like any steroid. I would recommend it at the beginning of a test cycle, like most orals are used. But it could be used alone as well.
