    1st cycle of test 250, any suggestions?
    I've have not been able to get any bigger so i have finally decided to take ultra testobolik 250. I am about 5'11 and 160 lbs. I eat all day and take muscle milk and other supplements but it hasn't helped much.

    I just got my first bottle of test and am wondering what is the best way to go about it. I've been told monday thursday 10cc each. Any ideas about this or other suggestions?

    I do plan on getting another bottle but does anyone know what results should i hope to see?

    5'11/160 lbs (very little fat)/19 yrs

    i'm kind of cut but mostly because im just skinny. this summer i was 150, finally got up to 160 but im stuck there now

    as of now i rep about 165 max out just under 200 on bench, rep 185-215 on deadlifts, squat 225, and curl 35-40lb dumbells,

    You should not be taking steroids at that weight....eat more, and get ssome weight gainer.

    Post your diet also....

    19 is far too young to start AAS. I think you can get past 160lb for sure if you had the right plan and diet advice. have you tried "west-side for skinny bastards"? what does your training program look like now, and your diet.?

    i don't think so, its not like i started to workout yesterday and expected to gain 20 lbs. i workout 6 times a week, and yes different exercises nd body parts, eat a lot of meat and such, protein shakes. if u got any ideas ill definitly look into them. i did trycreatine and nitric oxide with pretty much no results

    i appreciate the advice but i've done my research and its something i wanna do, just looking for some suggestions on how to get the best results. but what is "west side for skinny bastards"?

    Quit working out so much. its likely hindering your gains. You grow when you rest and you only rest 1 day a week so that doesnt leave any time to grow now does it. Focus less on supps and eat tons of whole food.

    Try working out 1 day on 1 day off, It works for my buddie and he was in the same boat as you now he has goten up to 178. 19 is to young wait atleast a year or two, You want to reach your full hight dont you?

    west side for skinny bastards A.K.A "WS4SB" is a program directed towards hardgainers, its based on west-side powerlifting strategies. do a search for westside or go to www.elitefts.com there are endless articles on it, and it is very effective if done correctly.

    push / pull / legs.

    mon. wed. fri. focus on heavy compound movements.dont go crazy with the volume, but keep the intensity high.

    If you took the time to read what blackjack had told you you wouldnt have to ask questions about what a good schedule is. Listen to the advice and read the WS4SB.

    Man, im in your exact same situation. Im 155lb and i eat like a horse. Im at a all you can eat right now at this very moment. I only eat healthy food and it pisses me offthat i cant gain. I drink protein and mass gainers and dosent seem to work. I am 5"11 and am not satisfied with my hight but thats better then average so w.e. I got pissed at lookibg at such a small kid and got my first bottle of test 250. Im really exited to try it out but am scared to shove and 2inch needle up my ass;P w.e ill get over it and hopegully it will give me some results. Im starting a strikt new bulking schedual and a new diet. Non stop eating and working 2 times as hard. Hopefully i see some results. As to you i wish you luck.

    Lots of food
    Plenty of sleep
    Heavy lifting.

    come on now roids arnt going to help you.. eating will look at the diet form ask 3j for some advice.
