Great Post you made a lot of sense!
If I was to continue using growth after my 12 week cycle would I still be over training at 5 days per week in the gym at above average intensity.
my split:
mon - back, tue-chest, wed-arms, thur-off , fri-legs, sat- shoulders, sun-off
I sleep at least 2 hours before each workout and eat really good all day.
I am at 5'6" 225
