That being said, I currently stick to 15 Blocks a day with about 2x or 3x the Fat Blocks depending on how I'm feeling. My question is if I plan on running a simple test E 500mg/wk cycle should I increase my blocks to say 20 a week? Of course, I know that when on a cycle the common belief is "eat everything in sight and try to keep it clean." But the results I have achieved in such a short time by following the Zone Diet with no supplements of any kind are too great to ignore.

Thank you!
Hey there, Shaman1260,

How are you doing? Still on the Zone?

I'm really interested in the muscle building results of the Zone diet. Could you share your lbm and activity level according to the Zone, and your improvements over time. Preferably w/ and w/o your cycle(s).

I've never taken steroids and I'm not planning to, but your Zone experience intrigues me.

Thanks!
