I hear you!
I'm a male and was doing swimmingly on TRT but then I stopped due to a more serious injury. A year later me T levels were just below 400. T levels for my age range from 218 to 840. She, the Dr, claimed I didn't need any trt. True I was in the spectrum and not off the chart but that doesn't mean I was in my optimal range. Also when I was on trt she refused to even talk about anti estrogens. While on trt I didn't cycle. I didn't gain 15 lbs of lean mass. My test levels were normal while on trt. I had small spikes and she stated that there were normal.
I don't have the means to jet to CA or Fl to find a specialist or hrt clinic.
