Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first post.

My first cycle was Anavar and Proviron. LOVED the results. After a 6 week break I have started my 2nd cycle it is the first time I am trying Winstrol. I take 50mg a week with 50 mgs of proviron. I was wondering after I finish my cylce should I take nolvadex, if so how much mgs? I don't want an rebound effect. Advice required. Thanks!
