Dude, you are 270 pounds. Why are you taking steroids? You will just look worse. A lot worse. Diet and cardio. That is all you need to focus on right now. Steroids don't burn fat. They add mass, and I don't think you want to do that at 270 pounds. You also mentioned a cheat day? I hope you meant you eat one cheat meal on that day, and not an entire day of cheating. You also said you run 3 miles every other day. Change that to every day or at least 5 days a week.
