well I decided to stick it out alittle longer, however I am watching my diet like a hawk. I mean there is no room for one cheat meal right now on this cycle and salt intake too! So no I still am on it, now is week 6. I have been told now is when you really start taking off and I have good results so far, I am so strong and no side but the bloat and bulk. So I decided to suck it up , stop being so scale obsessed and go with it until week 8. Then re-evaluate everything to see if I should keep going. Most say now is the most and best time after week 5 so I went this far whats a few more lbs of bloat!? The good news is I stopped for 4 days and 3 lbs fell right off, so basically if I am doing my part with diet it should work out real good. Thanks for asking. How about you bizzy???
