blah blah blah >> Testosterone enanthate, it is just been melted. It has very low melting point, from 32 degrees Celsius, meaning if you hold it in your hands or room temperature is higher it can melt to liquid. This can also happen in transport, specially during hot days when temperature in delivery van is higher. This doesn't affect product quality at all. Please also note that once the powder is turned into liquid there is no possibility to turn it back to powder form and like metioned before to be of any practical use for making injections or preparations it needs to be melted completely.
----Which we all know its bs because of color and the fact it stays in oil form and hold in hands turns to oil- highly doubt my palms are 96 deg ---
