If you are looking to lose more fat you should be doing more than 3 days cardio.....5 to 7 at least and do some HIIT in there as well. Also the cheating on the weekends is preventing you from losing fat as well.

Before you start anavar you need to incorporate these into your routine and see if you can stick with clean weekends and more cardio before you start steroids.

Primobolan is great for woman....it is hard to find real primo however. Hair loss is an individual thing....some may lose and some may not. That is why it is always best to start at low doses.

Once you are ready to start anavar start at 2.5 mg to 5 mg every day. I suggest 2. 5 to see how you react. Then do the cycle for 8-12 weeks and taper off the last few weeks...example...if you are at 5 mg do 2.5 the last couple weeks. If you stay at 2.5 you won''t need a taper. It is good to take half in morning and half at night but you can take the whole dose at once as well.

I'm a bit confused about your cardio....I'm assuming it is 3 days a week but you also mentioned 5-6 days. Which is it and what exactly are you doing for cardio?
