thank you so much for answering my questions. Well let me just say that I can see where this is addictive. I have never had the workouts that I am having. I am pegging and hitting weight limits that I have not reached in 8 years of training!!! I wish I could stay on this forever! I am blow away, Im on 3 weeks just started my 3rd week and the strenght gain is over the top GREAT!!!

By the way Steve Morse, was in the Dixie Dreggs, and is in Deep Purple now, he has his own website Steve Morse .com , he is hot, a great guitar player, music to my ears and a super nice guy for a musician/rock star.
