Your diet looks pretty good. Under 1400 cals seems low but at 1303 you should be safe. I might replace the rice cakes with a better carb source like brown rice but 2 rice cakes isn't alot.
I suggest you replace your protein shakes with whole food. The whole food will cause thermogenesis...it stokes your metabolism because it is harder to digest than a liquid protein shake and your metabolism works harder and burns more cals.
When I was on contest diet I wasn't allowed a single protein shake at all because of that reason.
What weight do you want to be on contest day approximately. If you want to be about 110 I think you will be good and if you plateau you can even do cardio twice a day....45 in morning and 15-20 a few evenings.
If you want to be105-100 it may be more difficult.
