Hi everyone!

i just ordered some Epistane and my wife was interested in doing a cycle. she is 5'6" about 160lb. she wants to lose fat and put on some lean muscle. she has always been streaky when it comes to her workout i.e will work out fo 6 to 8 weeks and stop. she has signed up for a boot camp and she wants to get the most out of it. I will help with the diet while on. so just looking for some of the ladies to chime in and give their opinion.

This will be her first cycle.
