Whats your current bodyfat? If its low like in the low teens i say run it at 10-15mg a day for 6 weeks. If its around or over 20% i wouldnt bother. My wife used it on 2 different occasions. Her bodyfat was 22% which is not fat by any means for a woman, but she really saw no noticeable results other than good strength increases. Her diet was spotless too.
