hey guys just wanted to send a quick update...feeling leaner. i don't do much lifting bc of my sport but a lot of cardio/running/sprinting and conditioning. starting to see certain muscles i knew were there but are finally noticeable. strength wise i guess it's still doing good. i'm not comparing it to a certain weight/ reps but i'm going strong in my workouts. pretty happy going in half way of third week. how long you guys think i should keep going and what's right amount of time to take off in between cycles? thanks
