You can get laser treatment but that of course will cost.
You can get Retin-A from your doctor or you can go over the counter and use bio-oil or a cream rich in vitamin e and really massage it into your skin. Baby oil and cocoa butter are boths supposed to work as well.
Part of the reason you get them is genetics and you would get them in that spot because your skin is stretching. When skin stretches whether it be a baby, muscle, or fat gain you will get stretch marks.
Some people don't get them due to the elasticity of their skin (genetics). Getting them on your upper hams is just your own genetic little thing.
Lots of water and a good diet rich in nutrients (veggies and fruits) helps prevent but it can only do so much.
Tanning will help hide them.
