im new to anavar also. i just started my first cycle, so im on my 4th week of it. i noticed strength first - HUGE strength increase after the 2nd week. the first week i did 5mg and the second week i went up to 10mg. at first i was taking the 10mg dose all at once in the afternoon, but then i switched and did 5mg in the morning when i wake up, and the other 5mg about 2-3 hours before i train. didnt notice any difference splitting it up - it just mentally helps me. i posted my cycle stuff in the cycle forum if your interested.
so if you're looking for strength...you'll get it with anavar. weird tho - i havent lost ANY weight since i started taking it. my legs dont measure any smaller really - yet they have leaned out. i am assuming that i am building and holding all of it as i lean down? the strength increase is awesome.
