I don't know if it's still available but Twin Labs Male Fuel is a great product I have used over the years..
Women can also boost their levels with DHEA, Arginine and yohimbe.

I personally don't think ZMA works as a test increase as I have used that to help me sleep forever and a day

and have not seen any increase in my test levels with that product alone...
