Yes....splitting is fine although if you are on a really low dose you really don't have to but it's up to you. I personally would.
No need to take the second dose before training.
Some will see effects as early as 2 weeks after taking it and some have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to see effects.
Sometimes it's hard to know if it is working or if it is the placebo effect.
Please start at a low dosage so you can see how your body will react. You can always increase it but you CAN'T reverse some of the side effects if you go to high.
