i have always gotten around 8-10 each night for a long time. last couple nights i got 10. i spend about an hour and a half at most each day doing weights. i superset lots. i also dance once a week

thats funny.
im doing my cardio in the morning - just the bike for about 30 min before i get ready for work. then weights in the evening.
you know, it might be because i went from a 5x4 workout, to a 5x5?? i dont know. maybe im weird.
