I don't think I've been on it long enough to know. I feel more energetic, and I felt great in the gym last night, but that may be in my head! :-)
I'm about 5'7, 175 lbs, how big is your wife, if you don't mind me asking? I'm a big girl, fairly proportionate thankfully. I'll have to post some "before" pics.
I was 210 (maybe more) when I started to diet, got down to 160, but then I started with the weights. I'm a bit over weight still, but not badly.
I think 5 will be too little, but I thought it best to take it slow, just to be on the safe side. What is your wifes cycle like? I was looking at going to 15 over 3 months.
I know the risks are fairly low, but there are still risks.
