i've run dnp many, many times and never had a bad reaction as long as i took supps and didnt run too much. i've lost as much as 10lbs in 7 days pure fat (we're talking body comp measurements, before and after pics and all). at one time i kept a journal, but it's not possible to do that on the internet and still maintain a low profile, so i had to take it down. trust me, there are a LOT of women who take dnp; many more than will admit to it. i've worked right beside some of the top fitness pros in the world at the Arnold, and they'll tell you to your face that dnp is the ticket. i'd love to see some entries from you on your progress. good luck!
