never been on strik diet before. bout to order some proteine and have shake for breakfast, try eat every 4 hours, dont eat after 8, no fruits close to evening. rotate chicken breast, fish, seafood and lead beaf with green vegies, rice. snack carrots and nuts, thats bout it i came up with. whell just started today following my diet and did my cardio, have cravings, but trying to hold on

this forum really motivated me!!! any sugestions on my diet? when is the best time for proteine shake, or couple a day...? sorry if my questions are silly, but i'm raw new at this
