Really, i shouldnt run more than 1 compound in my 1st cycle? But all the info I found on the web suggests that the best bulking cycle for a begginer is a deca/test one. Also, I read that a test only cycle is great for strenght but not for increasing mass and that nandrolone has very little side effects. Can anyone reccomend me a good test/deca cycle? maybe run test with deca on the first 4 weeks and than add an extra 2 weeks of deca only?
PS: btw I buy that Durateston compound that I mentioned in its final form, I cant separate its contents.
