Started at 155 I am leveled off at 178-180 for the past year.Lifting heavy compound exercises, 5 days on 2 off 225 grams + Protein diet is on point.Very Fast metabolism,good genetics Very hard to put any fat on. You dont think 15 lbs of solid mass after cut phase would be a good idea? Any information I do appreciate
