First cycle (whats the best?)
STATS=32 YO 5'8 178LBS. 14% BF 5 years training exp.Military//Looking to add 15- 20 lbs cut down to 12- 15lbs of muscle after water ret.Diet is on point..What do you think? 8 week cycle? sus250@deca? Any info. I appreciate.
