Whats up guys?? I came across an interesting article just now. I rarely even bother reading supplement articles, beause they usually just lead to some bs company pushing the next bs supplement. I for one would rather take steroids than bs supplements but thats just me. Has anyone heard of or know anything about this stuff??

Another question I had was that I began taking glutamine (for recovery), citrolene (for heart health), and BCAAs in my workout shakes before and after workouts in the months leading up to my current cycle. Now that on cycle, is there any point in taking this stuff? I mean I know BCAAs will still help with proteins, but what about recovery issues? Is there even any point in taking glutamine? Is the citrolene worth it? Theyre all in relatively low doses but I was curious if theres even any point while on cycle.
