If I do one body part each work out , the blood stays in the focused area. Except when I do arms the blood doesn't have to flow far from the worked area. If I do back and bi's the blood flow has to leave the back and travel to bi's. Keeping the blood in one area works great for me. Besides , when I do 2 body parts in a work out , one of the body parts suffers an intense work out because of fatigue from doing the other body part.
