So just keep working out 1 muscle group a week is ok then?
Monday-Bi's, legs, abs and cardio
Tues-Chest, tris, abs and cardio
Wed-Shoulders, legs, abs and cardio
Thurs-Back, legs and abs
Friday, Saturday and Sunday off
