I really don't know. The DEA dropped their case against me and gave it to the State of Colorado bc it was too small. It was like 16 years ago, so I forget some of the details and remember them later. I remember that I didn't have a lawyer and in the little room outside the courtroom, the D.A. looking all surprised when I said I was pleading guilty bc I did it. They were 'astonished.' And they offered me a deal anyway. I said I would plead guilty to all counts. They insisted that I should plead guilty to the one count. They thought I was a nice kid. I was. And I wrote a STRONG outline for the judge and spoke from the heart about my insecurities and such, and she gave me the probation and 60 days work release. I was surprised about the work release and reminded her that I had a job. She started to get mad and chastise me and I apologized profusely. And she stuck with the original sentence... I think she died suddenly a several years ago. Weird how much death has accompanied my steroid situation. Her last name was Polidori or Palmieri. Both were judges during the process. The one at the sentencing had blonde hair. The other was a brunette.

PS -- AND I got off probation after like 2 years bc they couldn't even test for steroids in Jeffco at the time. And I didn't drink or use rec drugs. I was a model probationer. lol
