BTW - The muscle fascia stretching via injection was MY theory. Nobody else ever mentioned it or anything. I just thought it'd be like blowing up a balloon... The first time is tough and after that it's not so bad.

sounds cool, did it have any positive effect? cuz lately ive been hearing people are using synthol for this method and its caught my attention.
