chest I decided to focus on my upper chest to get some size I striations.
My lower pecs are developing too fast so no mo std cable flyes of decline bench press for 2 months.

Tris & chest were PUMPED! And i still had energy left over - i could have gone for another 45mins if i didn't have to go to work!
BTW - pinned my left glute last night went well but damn that is hard to do for a right hander! and don't even think of looking in the mirror - makes it way confusing...Hahahaha
