just read your initial thread again. clenbuterol is junk. it's mostly for cutting fat losing weight and you said you dont wanna be a twig. you should be fine at your age, just be careful. I recommend 4 days a week with weights low volume high intensity heavy weights. PM me if you want an insaine routine I helped many of women and girls transform their physique. Diet is the key thouh, you will hear that over and over. Drop the cardio if your looking to put on muscle too.
