Lol, id say the anavar is more dangerous than the clen, relatively speaking.
YOu need more calories in your diet. 1000cals or less is starving yourself. Youll never gain any muscle eating that little and fat loss will be slow to non existant. At your age, weight and height you could probably easily lose weight and gain muscle on 1500-2000 cals a day based on your activity level. With regards to pasta, dont shy away from that, its a complex carbohydrate and youll find it as a staple in most bodybuilders diets along with oatmeal, rice, yams, etc. Its also gonna be hard to put on any significant muscle doing that much cardio every week unless its real low intensity.
Also, how long have you been weight training? Youre awfully young to be using steroids even if youve got a couple years of weights under your belt. Its a bad idea for males that age to use as they can crash their HTPA permanantly. Im not sure if the same could happen to a female as im not an expert on females and AAS. Hopefully one of the experienced female users here can chime in.
