Yes and yes. With good results. 2 guys had their blood tested. Granted lipid values were elevated, but nothing serious. Most people usually see 10-15lbs gained...usually more close to 10...but they are very lean gains...and very maintainable gains. I am using this for now on as my "oral" steroid. I love anavar, and this is cheaper, easier to get, and slightly more effective.
