i would do a little research on proper dieting.

your diet is 90% of it.

you have to eat to grow and also feed your body at the proper times with the proper foods

if your weights are up 40-50pounds on your lifts your doing ok.

i would give it another week or 2,change diet(eat,eat and eat!)
