i've just taken my second injection of sust 300. set out to inject 2cc once a week. afetr reading a few posts here, changed to 1 1/2cc's every 4-5 days .no flu symptoms as of yet, totally expected them though. injections are pretty painless, but the area is sore for a few days after. feel stronger, maybe try the e or some c next time!
