AND PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE TRAINS DIFFERENTLY..I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A STUDY WHERE 2 GUYS RUN 2 DIFFERENT TEST BLENDS, AND TRAIN IDENTICALLY....THE ONLY FACTOR YOU MAY HAVE IS GENETICS THEN...GIVING THAT THEY FOLLOW THE SAME DIET ETC...
