Nice!!! Will definately be trying this...one question though: It says to concentrate on strict movement, and slowly increase weight week by week.

Does this mean that, for example, when I do chest, I do my warm up incline sets, then do 2 sets of 8 with the same weight, or do I do one working set of 8, then increase weight slightly, and do another working set???
