Well, you have found a great site with plenty of people who can advise you in many of your needs. Depends on whether you want to bulk-up, cut, strength, etc...

This is probably the best site I've found for information and people taking the time to help you. Just read the rules and then start searching the site and asking questions pertaining to your needs.
